We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our GP Practice and staff. 

Station House Surgery have established a patient representation group (PPG) who help us with when we need patient opinion about what we offer or how we can improve Ideally we would like around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative feel. 

At the moment we communicate with our patient representation group virtually - this means that from time to time, we might send some brief questions about specific topics such as our opening times.
