Station House Surgery is a well-established GP practice serving over 10,000 patients in the heart of Kendal. We take pride in our friendly, collaborative culture and are committed to making a difference to our patients and staff alike.
About the Role
Patient Care Co-ordinators are much more than traditional GP Receptionists. They are skilled members of the practice team who help patients access the most appropriate service, support clinicians and colleagues, manage enquiries across multiple channels, and contribute to the smooth running of the practice. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and helping people.
What we’re looking for?
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and support patients with a wide range of enquiries.
· Accuracy and strong IT skills.
· Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.
· A team player who embraces collaboration and continuous improvement.
· Availability to work shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm
