COVID-19 Vaccination Status

We are aware our patients are keen to access their COVID-19 vaccination status, this is how you can show you have received your full course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

From the 17th May patients will be able to view their COVID19 vaccination status via the NHS App. This can be found on your smart phone app store. If you don’t have a smart phone then once you have completed your course of COVID-19 vaccinations you can contact 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. Station House Surgery is unable to provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
