Dr Roger Scott (m)
BSc MB ChB, DRCOG, MRCGP, Post Graduate Cert in General Practice Dr Scott became a partner in the practice in 1998, having previously worked as a trainee GP. He trained at Manchester University then worked in hospitals in the North West region and in Australia before settling in Kendal. He has been a General Practice Trainer supervising doctors in training at all levels for over 10 years. He has additional roles in the practice performing minor surgery and a wide range of joint injections. Dr Scott also works for NHS Cumbria as a GP Appraiser which involves performing annual appraisals for GPs from other surgeries.

Dr Susan Frost (f)
Dr Susan Frost qualified at Leicester 1991, and has worked in Leicester and Manchester before becoming a Partner at Station House Surgery. Her qualifications include MB ChB DFFP, Member of RCGP, Cumbria NHS MaternityList, Child Surveillance List. She has special interests in Family Planning including fitting of coils, and women's health, and she is also a GP Registrar Trainer. In her spare time she enjoys dog walking and cycling |
Dr Andrew Holme (m)
Dr Andrew Holme qualified at Liverpool in 1993, and has worked in Standish, Wigan before becoming a Partner at Station House Surgery.
His qualifications include MBCLB, Cumbria NHS Maternity List, Minor Surgery List and Child Surveillance List.
He has additional roles in the practice performing minor surgery and joint injections, and is Lead GP for Asthma & COPD.
In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit by competing in Triathlons and he has completed an Iron Man twice! |
Dr David Cowling (m)
Dr David Cowling completed a degree in Graduate Entry Medicine at Nottingham University in 2008, after doing his first degree in Geography. He joined the practice as a salaried GP in 2017 following a year working as a GP in Morecambe. He previously worked as a doctor in Manchester and Finland before completing his GP training in Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale in 2016. Most of his spare time is taken up by his young family, but he tries to keep fit by running and cycling. |

Dr Sarah Price (f)
Dr Sarah Price qualified at Hull York Medical School in July 2008 having previously worked at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Owen Road GP Surgery, St John's Hospice and Captain French Surgery Her qualifications include MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP, Paediatrics and Obs & Gynae As well as having fun with her young family she also enjoys keeping fit with a mixture of orienteering, trail running, biking and recently trying out some triathlons! |
Dr Tomos Chivers (m)
Dr Tom Chivers joined the practice in 2018 having completed his GP training locally. He has previously worked in the East Midlands, Nepal, India and Fiji and has an interest in mountain and travel medicine. In his free time he enjoys climbing, mountain biking and running. He currently splits his week between General Practice, A&E and is a doctor with Kendal Mountain Rescue Team. |
